A huge well done and thank you to all of the incredible runners who took part in the KBC Dublin Marathon in aid of Childhood Cancer Foundation.
We were delighted to be chosen as a charity beneficiary of the 2019 International Charity Bazaar. We are one of four charity partners chosen for the event in the RDS on Sunday, 17th November and are very grateful to the Committee for their support of our work.
Waterford Institute of Technology (WIT) recently hosted its sixth annual event to raise awareness of childhood cancer and to raise funds for Childhood Cancer Foundation. Light It Up Gold is marked at WIT because back in 2013 three mothers working in WIT all met on St John’s Ward in Our Lady's Children's Hospital with their children.
Hell and Back takes place on 5th and 6th October in Kilruddery, Co. Wicklow. This endurance challenge is a great day out for the whole family, with courses available for both adults and kids.

The DM Thomas Foundation have kindly awarded us a grant to purchase three child friendly, electric beds for our Shared Care Hospital Project.
A huge thank you and well done to everyone involved in the recent 26.2 mile row fundraiser at CrossFit, Waterford. We were delighted to be chosen as one of the beneficiary charities and receive a fantastic €4000 from this event. The money raised will go towards our supports and services for children with cancer and their families.
