The Promoter is Childhood Cancer Foundation and the service provider is LIKECHARITY.
The promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland, aged 18 or over as at date of entry, excluding employees or family members of such employees, Directors, officers or agents of Childhood Cancer Foundation and Opel Ireland. Purchase is necessary.
Entry date and time: Entry is available between 00:00.01 on 15 September 2017 to 24.00 on 31st October 2017 inclusive, ('the promotion period').
How to enter: Entry is via SMS. The participant must “Text GOLDOPEL to 50300 to donate €4 and enter a draw to win an Opel ADAM" Text costs €4. Childhood Cancer Foundation will receive a minimum of €3.25. Service Provider: LIKECHARITY. Helpline: 076 6805278.”
Draw: The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries and announced on Monday 05th November 2017.

Entry restriction: Entrants must have the bill payer’s permission.
Entrants must be aged 18 years or older as at date of entry and a resident of the Republic of Ireland in order to qualify as the prize winner. The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries and will be notified directly via phone and must respond within five days of first being contacted.
Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age, verifiable by birth cert or passport only and proof of residency verifiable by recent utility bill only (issued within 6 months of win).
Entries must be received between 00:00.01 on 15 September 2017 and 24.00 on 31st October 2017 inclusive. Any entries received outside these times and dates will not be included in the draw and will be deemed to be invalid.
The prize is non- transferable. There is no cash or other alternative to the stated prize, either in whole or in part.
The prize will be available for collection by the winner within the Republic of Ireland within 30 days of the 31st October 2017. In order to claim the prize, the winner will be required to sign any documentation as may be requested by the Promoter relating to acceptance of the competition prize, terms and conditions and including, but not limited to waiver of liability release in favour of the Promoter and such other persons as may be determined by the Promoter.
Entrants who do not give correct details and who have not received a receipt of donation will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion. No bulk, third party or organised group or prize club entries will be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of a ‘script’, ‘macro’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated or manual means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize will be void. The Promoter may in its absolute discretion disqualify any entries which it feels do not comply with these terms and conditions or where any bad form or bad faith is suspected.
No incomplete, corrupt entries or those not in accordance with these entry instructions will be accepted.
The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries or claims that are lost, corrupted or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
Owing to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
The Promoter’s decision is final regarding all promotional matters.
Entrants accept that the Promoter reserves the right to use entries for publicity purposes alongside entrant’s name for the purposes of announcing the winner only.
The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the promotion at no expense to the Promoter and the promoter reserves the right to use comments for publicity purposes, alongside the winner’s name.
The name of the winner may be published online and in promotional emails immediately following the promotion and for four weeks after the announcement of the winner.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate these terms and conditions at any time for any reasonable, technical, commercial or operational reason.
The Promoter is excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury which might occur to the winner or any other person with whom the winner shares the prize.
The winner must hold a current and clean driving licence and will be required to show proof of same prior to handover of the prize.
The winner will assume responsibility for the car upon handover of the prize and is solely responsible for motor tax and insurance. The winner may be required to show evidence of motor tax and must show proof of insurance prior to handover of the prize.
The winner must make their own way to the car collection point, location, date and time as advised by the promoter( any associated costs incurred are the sole responsibility of the winner)
By participating in the competition, entrants agree that no claim shall be asserted against the Promotor, Opel Ireland, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents in respect of any and all losses or injuries (including without limitation special, indirect or consequential losses), damages, rights, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever that result from the acceptance of the prize to the full extent permissible in law.
Entrants will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions upon entering the Competition.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish Law and the Courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
